Terms of Use

These Terms of Use describe conditions for accessing EDMedix at https://edmedix.com. EDMedix publishes information about erectile dysfunction, prescription ED treatments, FDA labeling, product comparisons and third-party pharmacy verification. Nothing on the website replaces qualified medical judgment, a valid prescription or the terms of an independent healthcare or retail provider.

Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using EDMedix, you acknowledge these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them to the extent applicable law permits. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer, privacy or other legal rights.

These terms govern EDMedix pages and website-controlled communications. Consultations, prescriptions, product purchases, delivery and refunds arranged by outside providers are subject to those providers’ own lawful conditions.

What EDMedix Publishes

EDMedix is a U.S.-focused educational resource on erectile dysfunction and medicines including sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil and alprostadil. Pages may discuss brands, FDA-approved generics, dose-strength labels, safety, pharmacy due diligence, telehealth and pricing factors.

We distinguish a finished approved product from its ingredient, marketing history, retailer claims and current pharmacy stock. Non-U.S. product references do not imply U.S. approval or lawful dispensing.

Not Medical Advice or a Prescription

Articles, tables, comparisons and editorial responses are for general education. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, individualized dose plan, medical clearance or recommendation to start, stop, split, combine or switch medicines.

Individual suitability depends on clinical history, cardiovascular health, other medicines and appropriate evaluation. Consult a licensed clinician or pharmacist about your own treatment decisions.

No Clinician–Patient or Pharmacy–Patient Relationship

Using EDMedix or submitting an editorial message does not create a physician–patient, pharmacist–patient or other healthcare relationship with EDMedix. The website is not a clinical practice, telehealth service or licensed pharmacy.

Our Medical Review Policy is a description of quality standards, not a promise that every page has been approved by a healthcare professional. The site reviewer page explains attribution rules.

Medical Emergencies and Urgent Symptoms

Do not rely on EDMedix content or the contact form for urgent clinical decisions. Severe chest pain, trouble breathing, collapse, sudden loss of vision or hearing and an erection lasting more than four hours can require emergency medical attention.

If a cardiovascular emergency occurs after an ED medicine, tell the medical team about the product and time of use. Do not infer that nitrate therapy is safe from a website-derived waiting interval. Seek emergency services promptly.

Prescription Medication and Lawful Access

The U.S. ED medicines covered here, including sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil and prescription alprostadil, are not ordinary unrestricted over-the-counter products. Legitimate prescribing and dispensing requirements apply to products and services under the relevant laws.

A referral, coupon, checkout page or clinical questionnaire does not itself grant prescription authorization. A clinician must make any prescribing decision, and a lawful dispensing pharmacy must verify the order.

Medication Safety and Known Interaction Risks

Safety summaries may identify important contraindications, including use of oral PDE5 inhibitors with organic nitrates or riociguat. Vardenafil has additional QT-related labeling concerns, and alprostadil injection therapy has product-specific training and adverse-effect considerations.

We cannot review an individual medication list or guarantee the absence of interactions. A product label is not a substitute for a professional’s interpretation of a patient’s circumstances.

No Personalized Dose Selection or Product Substitution

EDMedix may list FDA-labeled tablet strengths or general study results, but no reader should use those facts to select a dose, increase frequency, combine ED medicines or alter a prescription. Distinct ingredients and dosage forms are not interchangeable because milligram values look similar.

For example, 10 mg vardenafil ODT is not automatically interchangeable with a 10 mg conventional film-coated tablet, and injectable alprostadil systems require their own labeled handling instructions.

Brand Names, Generic Products and Regulatory Status

Brand references such as Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Staxyn and Stendra are used to identify relevant product or marketing history. Generic approval and therapeutic equivalence depend on the exact finished product and its FDA records.

An NDC listing does not independently establish FDA approval, a historical approval does not confirm shelf inventory and an imported product’s ingredient claim does not establish U.S. therapeutic equivalence.

International Brands and Imported Offerings

EDMedix may discuss India-market branded medicines to explain company-linked catalog entries, claimed dosage forms and composition differences. We do not certify the authenticity of packages sold through third parties or suggest that foreign brands are FDA-approved U.S. generics.

Information about a product advertised abroad does not authorize its import, sale or use under U.S. law. Foreign combination products containing a second drug are not ordinary single-ingredient ED medication substitutes.

Telehealth, Prescribers and Pharmacies

EDMedix describes legitimate clinical evaluations, prescription processing and pharmacy due diligence but does not operate any of those businesses. A third-party telehealth visit may result in another treatment recommendation or no prescription at all.

Before relying on a third-party pharmacy, verify the actual dispensing entity, license, physical contact details, prescription safeguards and access to a pharmacist. Consult the FDA state-licensed online pharmacy guidance.

Affiliate and Sponsored Links

Some commercial links may be affiliate or sponsored referrals. EDMedix may receive compensation for eligible clicks, transactions or other qualifying actions with the independent provider. Such compensation does not establish medical endorsement, product authenticity, legal pharmacy status or suitability for a reader.

Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how these relationships should be disclosed. An external offer is not a contract with EDMedix.

Third-Party Providers, Transactions and Refunds

Independent merchants, pharmacies, clinicians and service providers set their own prices, availability, policies and transaction conditions. EDMedix does not guarantee a provider will prescribe, dispense, ship, refund, accept insurance or honor a particular coupon.

Questions involving charges, fulfillment, prescription renewals or product defects must be directed to the actual responsible business. A link from EDMedix is not an assurance of a third party’s competence.

Current Information and Availability

We aim to provide accurate educational material, but drug labeling, company marketing, pharmacy laws, product availability and clinical evidence can change. EDMedix makes no representation that every page contains real-time prices, pharmacy stock or complete current regulatory records.

Readers should verify consequential information using their current product label, qualified professionals and official records. We welcome supported corrections through Contact EDMedix.

Costs, Insurance and Discount Information

Cost articles describe durable variables such as manufacturer, brand or generic identity, strength, quantity, prescription insurance, dispensing fees and service arrangements. They do not guarantee the lowest price or that any discount will apply.

No reader should change a medically prescribed strength or schedule to qualify for an advertised price. Compare current quotes for the same valid prescription through the relevant pharmacy or insurer.

External Websites and Information Sources

EDMedix may link to FDA records, clinical publications, state regulators and independent commercial sites. External resources may change without our knowledge, and their content, performance and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators.

An external citation indicates a source relevant to an assertion; it does not make EDMedix responsible for that publisher or imply an endorsement of all its content.

Editorial Policy, Corrections and Review Attribution

Our Editorial Policy describes evidence handling, uncertainty and corrections. Professional clinical review, when genuinely completed, should be accurately attributed to a verified individual rather than inferred from the existence of a trust page.

Readers may submit evidence-based corrections, but EDMedix does not guarantee a particular decision or response time.

Contact Form and Visitor Submissions

When using Contact, provide only information reasonably necessary to identify a website issue. Do not submit detailed clinical histories, prescription photographs, banking information, passwords or information about another person.

You represent that you have the right to submit your message and any public-source URLs supplied. Submissions may be evaluated for editorial purposes, but do not guarantee publication or a response.

Privacy and Personal Information

Website-related information practices, potential cookies, technical logs and third-party links are discussed in the Privacy Policy. Third-party transaction or medical systems are governed by their operators’ notices.

Use privacy contact procedures for website-related requests. EDMedix should not be used as a confidential patient records service.

Permitted Use of Website Content

Visitors may read, bookmark and link to EDMedix pages for personal research and lawful purposes. Brief quotation with appropriate attribution may be acceptable under applicable law; bulk reproduction or commercial republication requires an independent legal basis or permission.

Nothing in these terms grants a license to misuse trademarks, redistribute proprietary design assets or misrepresent EDMedix’s material as professional patient advice.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

EDMedix text, layout and site presentation may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Drug brand names, manufacturer names, FDA names and other third-party identifiers remain the property of their respective rights holders.

References to a trademark are descriptive and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark owner.

Prohibited Conduct

Visitors must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site operation, introduce malicious content, harvest personal data unlawfully or misrepresent submitted information. Automated access must comply with applicable law and any technical access restrictions that are validly imposed.

The site may take proportionate measures against abuse without limiting non-waivable legal rights.

Website Availability and Technical Errors

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect compatibility with every device or successful delivery of every message through an unconfigured or unavailable form-processing system. External scripts and hosting infrastructure may affect loading or functionality.

If a page, link or form appears defective, report it using a functioning website communication route. Do not interpret an attempted form submission as confirmation that a message was received.

No Warranties to the Extent Permitted by Law

EDMedix information is provided for general educational use and may contain omissions or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site does not provide a warranty that content or outside services are complete, continuously available or appropriate for an individual medical decision.

Nothing here excludes statutory guarantees or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general educational material in place of professional evaluation or from independent third-party services outside its control.

This statement does not eliminate liability where applicable law prohibits its exclusion and does not limit legal rights that cannot be waived.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated when the site’s features, commercial arrangements, legal obligations or editorial services change. The current version should be available at this canonical URL with an appropriate revision date.

Continued use after an update is governed by applicable law, including any notice or consent rules that apply in the visitor’s jurisdiction.

Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions should remain effective to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not necessarily waive lawful rights in another.

Any interpretation must preserve rights and protections that a website cannot legally exclude.

Applicable Law and Operator Transparency

Legal rights, jurisdiction and mandatory consumer or privacy protections depend on the relevant circumstances and applicable law. EDMedix does not identify a corporate entity, street address or governing jurisdiction here without verified operator information.

The website’s public name is EDMedix and its canonical domain is https://edmedix.com/. For site-related questions or notices, use the Contact page; visitors also retain the ability to use applicable legal and regulatory channels.
